Report a wrongdoing
- Your report concerns discrimination or another possible human rights violations
- We register your report and may be able to refer you to an organisation that can provide you the needed (legal) help
- You can make your report anonymously
Request a judgment
- You suspect you have been discriminated against
- You want a judgment on your discrimination complaint
- The other party will receive a copy of your complaint
- We will handle your complaint during a public hearing
- The procedural language is Dutch, but we can make arrangements for non-Dutch speakers

The Institute strives to respond to your e-mail within four weeks. If you have not received a response after four weeks, our e-mails may have been automatically marked as unwanted e-mail (in this case, check your spam folder). Sometimes our actual response time may take a little longer due to an influx of reports. We hope for your understanding.
